In 2017 OCS PT is Joining the 21st Century

Run days are now only about 3/week, stretch PT about 1-2/week, and muscle endurance workouts every other day or so from what we’re hearing. There’s a higher emphasis on muscular endurance. Bear crawls, box jumps, kettlebell and squat movements are being added to the traditional pushups and pullups.
